There are 3 methodologies of person-to-person interactions: conversational, transactional and collaborative.

If you are in the mood to make the correct choice selecting your software technology, you have to understand the differences that exist between those interactions.

An interaction of conversation is an exchange of data and an interaction of transaction is transfer of a transaction substance between two or more participants, while collaborative interaction is used for a change of a collaboration entity, ex.: achievement of a common goal.

Collaborative interactions are dealt with in such a way that the primary objective of those involved is to introduce changes into the collaboration entity from something unstable and intangible, for example, an idea, into a useful solution, for example a blueprint.
